SEPTEMBER 20, 2011 - General Meeting Luncheon
Patricia Bonney,
Executive Director of The Highlands School
What a wonderful turn out! More than expected created a quick table addition needed. Thanks to Kim and the Banquet staff for your speedy response. Food was plentiful and yummy. It was good to see new members along with those familiar faces.
Lance made a wonderful and poignant dedication to the history and Heros’ of 911.
Patricia Bonney, Executive Director of The Highlands School was eloquent and insightful. She found a way to tap into each of us by identifying how we learn and remind us that those around us may learn differently, but can still be successful.
Jeanette shared a preview of our new website, which will launch this week. This project and our future directory will all be supported by the efforts of Sharon Pry, of Prize WebWorks; Leo Heppner, of Leo Heppner Photography; and Robin Axtell, of Axtell Designs. It’s this great team that will continue to help make this chamber get stronger.
Special thanks to those businesses that responded to my summer survey. It’s because of your input that I provided some quick tips for small businesses. Each month I will have something new and continue to ask for your input so that I steer the topics towards what is important to you and your business.
It’s your Chamber; I am here to make it stronger.
